Square Enix dropped a bomb on its fanbase early this morning with an announcement of a employees restructuring, a program for any completely new direction for Final Fantasy XIV, along with a delay on the PlayStation three version on the game. Producer Hiromichi Tanaka has stepped down, leaving behind an apology to fans for the "inability to totally satisfy customers with the initial release of Final Fantasy XIV." Taking his spot as Producer/Director is Naoki Yoshida. While this change received probably the most attention in the announcement, there are FF14 Gil actually nine other managerial alterations taking spot to create an completely new core team for FFXIV.
